I am a psychological therapist based in Edinburgh, UK.
I mostly work with children, teens and young adults.
My primary approach is cognitive-behavioural therapy, and I often draw from other therapeutic techniques depending on what might be most helpful.
I align with the solution-focused, goal-oriented perspective that CBT offers – however, I also recognise the importance of looking at past experiences and key attachment relationships, understanding their role in shaping our mental health.
Acknowledging that you need support, and looking for the right therapist can be daunting…
but if you’re here, it means you’ve taken the first step!
Stay as long as you want and explore this space to get to know me, my approach
and how I can help.
For an initial consultation, any questions, or if you’re unsure of what your next steps might be, reach out; we can figure it out together.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
